2011 Conference - Exhibitors Information and Registration information for exhibitors interested in a vendor booth at 13th Annual Conference in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. It is my pleasure to invite you to exhibit your company and products at the Annual ARMCUMS 2011 conference in Jackson Hole Wyoming, hosted by University Of Wyoming, Brigham Young University, and BYU Idaho. The vendor exhibit will take place Sunday October 9th and Monday October 10th 2011. Please see the WORT Hotel website at www.worthotel.com 1-800-322-2727 for more details of its location. Parking at the hotel is free. Please mention ARMCUMS for the group rate. Reservations must be made by Monday October 3rd 2011. With tough economic times ARMCUMS is pleased to announce that the 2011 pricing for exhibitor space is $400.00 for an 8-foot table or one booth space. This fee will include breakfast and lunch on Sunday and Monday for one representative. For the last afternoon break, we ask that you provide a small door prize to give away. Vendor exhibit time will be Sunday and Monday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space is limited, so register early! Please fax or return on-line your enclosed exhibitor Registration Form and payment by September 19, 2011 to guarantee your space. After your payment and registration have been received, you will be emailed details about delivery and/or shipping of your materials and equipment and other contact information.
